Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This Returns & Refunds Policy explains how returns, refunds and exchanges work when you buy from myhumi.uk (operated by HEATVENT SYSTEMS LTD).

 1) 30-day returns (our store policy)

We offer a 30-day return policy, counted from the day you receive your item.

Important: This 30-day period includes (and does not extend beyond) any statutory cancellation rights — it is not an additional 30 days on top of the legal 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, the item should be returned:

  • in original condition (handled only as needed to inspect it),
  • with all accessories, manuals and included items, and
  • in the original packaging (or packaging that provides equivalent protection),
    together with proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation).

If the item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to check it (as you would in a shop), we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value.

 2) How to start a return (return address provided by email)

To start a return, email support@myhumi.uk and include:

  • the phone number used for the order,
  • the date of purchase, and
  • the product name/model (and order number, if available).

We will reply with the return address and clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Items sent back without requesting a return first may not be accepted.

 3) Faulty, damaged or wrong item

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible at support@myhumi.uk if:

  • the item is defective/faulty,
  • the item arrived damaged, or
  • you received the wrong item.

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution (repair, replacement or refund) in line with UK consumer law. Where the issue is confirmed as our error or a fault, we will confirm the return method and instructions with you.

 4) Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We will process the refund within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back (whichever is earlier). Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Delivery charges: where applicable, we refund the standard delivery cost you paid. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund up to the standard delivery rate.

 5) Exchanges

If you would like a different model, the fastest option is to return your item (within the return period) and place a new order, subject to stock availability.

 6) Exceptions / non-returnable items

We may not be able to accept returns in certain cases, for example:

  • items returned incomplete (missing accessories or included parts),
  • items damaged due to misuse,
  • gift cards (if sold).

7) Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • If the item is faulty/damaged/wrong, we will confirm the return method and instructions with you.
  • If you are returning due to change of mind, return shipping costs may apply (we will confirm this during the return request).

 8) Your statutory rights (UK)

This policy is offered in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.
